Pictures capture ideas, visions, the zeitgeist and lifestyles. Creativity and art, design capabilities and aesthetic sensibility are applied in fashion photography, which is an important instrument of visual communication.
The workshop aims in introducing the history of fashion photography showing campaigns and pictures of the most famous photographers, and then delve into the different types of fashion images (publishing, lookbook and campaign, fashion shows and events). Particular attention will be given to the process of photo shooting and on how to build a portfolio.
