According to a recent research by Confindustria Moda, the Textile Fashion Clothing, with 582.571 employees in 66.590 companies, holds a 15% share of the Italian manufacturing industry employees. These estimates examine a wide range of professional skills and the need for professional figures linked to the quality manufacturing of the supply chain appears increasingly urgent.

The traditional professions of the sector, the best known ones, the designer, the visual, the communication manager, the stylist, are with increasing strength accompanied by who concretely realizes the products in the rule of art typical of Made in Italy.

This meeting develops around the definition of these ancient and new roles at the same time as well as the emergence of professional figures linked to merchandising, to the supply chain and to corporate social responsibilty through the different observers represented by the speakers.
